Newton Services Foundation is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals build confidence through hands-on training, real-world skill development, and career support. We work with youth, young adults, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those starting over by providing workforce training, mentorship, and direct connections to employment opportunities. Our mission is to create pathways to meaningful careers and empower individuals to build stable, purposeful futures.

Ron Newton is the President and CEO of Newton Services, dedicated to helping individuals build skills, find employment, and create better futures through opportunity and support.
Wayne Pennell
Workforce Development Manager
Wayne Pennell is a U.S. Army veteran dedicated to helping veterans and individuals with disabilities build skills, gain independence, and pursue meaningful careers.
Tara Stephenson
Case Manager
Tara Stephenson is a Case Manager at Newton Services Foundation who provides guidance and support to clients and staff. She is committed to inclusivity and helping individuals move forward with confidence and opportunity.
Luke Lloyd
Job Developer
Luke Lloyd is a Job Developer at Newton Services Foundation and former professional basketball player and coach. He is passionate about mentoring individuals, helping them build skills, and connecting them to meaningful career opportunities.
